Ad Accurate Digital Service, Daftar Co Works, 261 Derawal Nagar, Delhi – 110009, India (“we”, “us”) operates AccuFlow by Ad Accurate. This policy explains what personal data we handle and why.
1. Summary
We collect what we need to provide the service, take payment and support you. We do not sell personal data to anyone.
2. Two roles
As a data fiduciary (controller) — for our own subscribers’ account details: the person who signs up, their business details, billing information, and how they use the application.
As a data processor — for everything a subscriber puts into their AccuFlow workspace, including their customers’ names, phone numbers, email addresses, notes and WhatsApp message history. That data belongs to the subscriber. We process it only to run the service for them and on their instructions. We do not sell it, rent it, share it with other subscribers, or use it to market anything.
3. What we collect
From customers:
- Name, business name, email address and phone number
- Billing details and payment records (card details are held by our payment gateway, never by us)
- Login records, IP address, browser type and usage of the service
- Support correspondence
From visitors to this website:
- Standard web log data, and cookie data as described below
- Anything you type into an enquiry or signup form
4. Why we use it
- To provide, maintain and secure the service
- To take payment and issue invoices
- To provide support and respond to your requests
- To send service notices about outages, changes and billing
- To meet legal, tax and accounting obligations
We do not use customer content to train any machine-learning model.
5. Who we share it with
We use a small number of service providers, each bound to use the data only to provide their service to us:

The AI assistant is optional and is off unless a subscriber turns it on. When it is on, the incoming message and the subscriber’s own reference material are sent to the AI provider to generate a reply. Nothing is retained by them for training.
We also disclose data where required by law, a court, or a competent authority.
6. International transfers
Some providers above process data outside India. Where that happens we rely on contractual safeguards and transfer only what is needed for the service.
7. How long we keep it
Service data is kept while your account or engagement is active, and for 30 days afterwards so it can be exported or reinstated, then deleted. Billing and tax records are kept for 8 years, as Indian law requires.
8. Security
Access is over HTTPS. Passwords are stored hashed, never in plain text. Access by our staff is limited to those who need it for support or maintenance. No system is perfectly secure and we do not claim otherwise; we will notify affected users and the authorities of a breach as required.
9. Cookies
We use cookies necessary to keep you signed in and to keep the service secure, and analytics cookies to understand how the site is used. You can block cookies in your browser, but the service will not function without the necessary ones.
10. Your rights
Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you may ask us to give you a copy of your personal data, correct it, delete it where we are not required to keep it, withdraw consent you previously gave, or nominate someone to exercise these rights for you.

If you are a customer of one of our subscribers and want your data corrected or removed, please contact that business directly — they control it and we act on their instructions. If you contact us, we will pass your request to them.
11. Children
This service is for businesses and is not intended for anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
12. Changes
We will post any update here and change the date at the top. Material changes will be notified by email.
