These Terms govern your use of AccuFlow by Ad Accurate (“the service”), operated by Ad Accurate Digital Service, Daftar Co Works, 261 Derawal Nagar, Delhi – 110009, India (“we”, “us”). By using or purchasing the service, you agree to them.

1. What we provide

AccuFlow is a hosted software application (SaaS) for customer relationship management and WhatsApp business messaging. We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access it for the duration of a paid subscription, for your own business use.

We provide software. We do not sell, resell or supply leads, contact lists or customer data of any kind, and we do not guarantee any business outcome, sales volume or number of enquiries arising from use of the service.

2. Your account and information

You must give accurate details when you register or place an order, and keep any login credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account. Tell us at info@adaccurate.in if you believe it has been used without your authority. You must be at least 18 years old and authorised to act for the business you represent.

3. Fees and payment

• All fees are in Indian Rupees (INR).
• GST and other applicable taxes are charged in addition, at prevailing rates.
• An optional one-time setup fee of ₹5,000 applies only if you ask us to set the service up for you. It is refundable in full, as set out in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
• Payments are processed by our payment gateway partner. We do not store your card details.
• Prices may be revised with at least 30 days’ notice by email; changes apply from your next billing period or next order.

Non-payment may lead to suspension. We will contact you before suspending an account.

4. Cancellation and refunds

Cancellation and refund terms are set out in our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

5. Your data

You keep ownership of the data and content you provide to us. We handle personal data as described in our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for having a lawful basis and any necessary consent for personal data you ask us to process on your behalf.

6. Acceptable use

You must not use the service to send spam or unsolicited messages; to send unlawful, fraudulent, misleading, obscene or abusive content; to infringe anyone’s intellectual property or privacy; to attempt unauthorised access or disruption; or to resell access without our written agreement. We may suspend an account that breaches this clause, and will tell you why.

7. Third-party services

The service may depend on third parties, including messaging providers, hosting providers, software publishers and payment gateways. Their availability and terms are outside our control, and interruptions to them may affect the service.

8. Availability and support

We aim to provide the service continuously but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may carry out maintenance, and will give advance notice of planned downtime where practical. Support is available at info@adaccurate.in and +91 93111 67841 on working days.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months immediately before the claim arose. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including loss of profits, business or data. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot be excluded under Indian law.

10. Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may terminate or suspend access for a material breach of these Terms, or where required by law. After termination you may request an export of your data within 30 days, after which it may be deleted.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be notified by email or on this website at least 15 days before taking effect. Continued use after that constitutes acceptance.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Delhi have exclusive jurisdiction. We will try in good faith to resolve any dispute directly first — please write to info@adaccurate.in.
