Terms of Service
These Terms govern your use of adaccurate.in, the AccuFlow platform, and services by Adaccurate Digital Service. By using our services you agree to these Terms.
1. Services
We provide digital advertising/marketing services and the AccuFlow software — a WhatsApp-native platform for leads, sales, invoicing, payments and subscriptions.
2. Accounts
Keep your credentials secure; you are responsible for activity under your account and for being authorised to contact the numbers you add.
3. Fees & payment
- A one-time setup fee of ₹5,000 (incl. WhatsApp Business API setup) applies to new accounts unless agreed otherwise.
- Ongoing use is billed on a monthly plan.
- Fees exclude taxes (e.g. GST) unless stated; payments are processed via a secure gateway.
4. Acceptable use
No spam or unlawful messages, no violation of WhatsApp/Meta or Google policies, no infringement of others' rights. We may suspend accounts that misuse the service.
5. Your data
You own the data you add and grant us the rights needed to host and process it to provide the service.
6. Intellectual property
AccuFlow's software, site and branding belong to Adaccurate Digital Service. You get a limited, non-exclusive right to use the service; no copying, reselling or reverse-engineering without written permission.
7. Availability & disclaimers
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Services are provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses; total liability is limited to fees paid in the prior three months.
8. Termination
You may stop anytime; we may suspend for breach or non-payment. You may request a data export within a reasonable period after termination.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Delhi.
