Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy covers cancellations and refunds for services by Adaccurate Digital Service, including the AccuFlow platform.

1. Setup fee

The one-time setup fee (₹5,000, incl. WhatsApp Business API setup) covers configuration and onboarding work that begins as soon as you sign up.

• Refundable only before setup work has begun.
• Once WhatsApp API application or configuration has started, the setup fee is non-refundable.

2. Monthly subscription

• Billed in advance each cycle.
• Cancel anytime — cancellation stops future renewals.
• Payments for the current cycle are generally non-refundable; you keep access until the period ends.

3. Requesting a refund

For a duplicate payment or billing error, email support@adaccurate.in within 7 days of the charge with details. We'll review and respond promptly.

4. Processing

Approved refunds go to the original payment method via our gateway, typically within 5–10 business days.
